SoulHubGrow offers personal development programs aimed at enhancing inner leadership qualities through a series of workshops, coaching sessions, and digital materials. These services are intended for individuals seeking to improve their leadership skills and mindset.
3. Policy for Services
Our programs are delivered via scheduled live sessions, digital content, and one-on-one coaching. Upon confirmation of enrollment and payment, you will receive access details and schedules.
3.1 Refund Policy on Services
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our leadership programs, refunds are generally not provided once a session is confirmed. However, in exceptional circumstances such as illness or other significant unforeseen events, refunds may be considered by contacting us promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
3.2 Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance via the contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at our discretion.
4. Policy for Digital Products
Our digital materials, such as e-books and recorded sessions, are accessible immediately upon purchase. Because digital products are available instantly, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
5. Policy for Physical Products
If applicable, physical products provided as part of our programs will be shipped to the address provided during enrollment. Shipping timelines will be communicated at purchase. Returns for physical products are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receipt. Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the product.
